Scheduling Information for On-Campus Groups

On-campus departments must complete the Space Reservation Request (SRR) form.

Please fill out this form in its entirety supplying all the requested information. (You will be prompted with missing information when you click the Submit button.)

Once you submit the form, you will receive an email message: "CSUSB Space Reservation Request Receipt - THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION" which indicates your form was submitted successfully.
